Reservations

To ensure timely service to all our guests, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for check-in procedures and full consultation. Group appointments must be secured with a valid credit card at time of booking. Please note that all indicated times are Booking Times, not specific Treatment Times.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or re-schedule your reservation, please provide 24 hours notice for individual services and 48 hours for group reservations and day spa packages. Late cancellations or no shows are subject to the full service fee. Late arrival may result in customizing your service to fit the remaining appointment time (full service fee will apply).


Health and Wellness

The health of our guests and staff is very important to us, if you have cold, flu, cold sores, athlete’s foot, communicable skin conditions or illnesses, we are happy to reschedule your appointment so that we could better serve you. Kindly let us know about your health conditions which we need to be aware of before treatment. Examples are pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart condition or current medications. Please consult your doctor to ensure that there is no conflict with our service.

Mobile (Cellular) Phone

To ensure a relaxing and stress-free experience for all, please turn off your cellular phone upon arrival and use your “spa voice” during your visit.


Children

The Salon and Spa is not a suitable environment for small children. To ensure the enjoyment of all our guests, we would appreciate if you could arrange alternate care for your children during your salon or spa appointments.

Gratuities

If you wish to leave a gratuity after your service, it is accepted and appreciated. Gratuities are left to the discretion of the guest and are not included in our prices.
